We deliver locally within Melbourne.

Delivery is quoted when you checkout online.
Delivery of items usually takes 3-5 business days for in stock items. In some cases during peak demand there may be delays with deliveries due to the pressures created by the COVID19 pandemic. We strive to get deliveries out as fast as possible however there may be delays.

 Premium Delivery includes removal of old disconnected appliances and installation of fridges, washers and dryers. Does not include plumbing fridges to water. Does not include wall mounting of dryers.
Our delivery hours are from 10am-4pm Monday - Friday.

When purchasing online you will be given the option for Ground Floor Delivery, Upstairs Delivery or Pick Up. Please select the option that suits your delivery address.

WE DO NOT DELIVER FRIDGES UPSTAIRS THAT ARE OVER 450 LITRES, SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGES OR FRENCH DOOR FRIDGES DUE TO OH&S REASONS.

If you are picking up items you will need to provide us with a photo identification and your order number.

If you have organised the items to be picked up by a courier on your behalf we require an authorisation email. This should include a copy of your photo identification and the Full name, address and phone number of the person picking up.

We offer delivery with any purchase on our products.
We do not deliver to all suburbs please contact us to see if your suburb is covered by our delivery service.

All deliveries must be signed for.

Our delivery quote is a one-off fee. It is not per item, so if you purchase more than one item the cost of delivery does not go up per item. All items must be delivered to one address at the same time.

Please note:
While we make every effort to ensure an item will fit in it's space by providing product dimensions it is your responsibility to ensure doors, entryways, hallways and stairs are wide or tall enough to allow for the items to pass through. Excess charges may apply if our drivers have to do additional works e.g remove doors, clear debris or modify cabinets.

If a delivery time has been agreed upon and our drivers arrive at the location and no one is home we will have to charge a redelivery fee equal to the original delivery fee to come at a later date.
*Delivery does not include connecting dishwashers or fridges to water. We do not drill into existing pipes.
