We offer FREE GROUND FLOOR DELIVERY to customers who are within 20km of our warehouse. Upstairs deliveries and deliveries outside of the 20km radius are calculated based on exact distance from our warehouse to your nominated address.

Delivery Pricing

Delivery is quoted as you progress through the checkout online.

Our delivery quote is a one-off fee. It is not charged per item, so if you purchase more than one item, the delivery cost does not increase per item. All items must be delivered to one address at the same time.

What Is Included in Our Premium Delivery Service

Our premium delivery service includes removal of disconnected appliances and installation of fridges, washing machines and dryers.

Please note the following conditions apply:

• Premium delivery does not include plumbing fridges to water.
• Refurbished fridges may not come with water connection kits and these may be purchased at an additional cost.
• Installation does not include wall mounting of dryers.

Dishwasher and Cooking Appliance Installation

Delivery does not include installation of dishwashers or cooking appliances such as ovens, cooktops or rangehoods.

We can install dishwashers from $99 for a standard installation. This includes connecting your new dishwasher and removing the old dishwasher if required.

Additional charges may apply if extra work is required, including installation of extension hoses, drilling into cabinetry, drilling into pipes and other non-standard work.

No additional work will take place without the customer's approval beforehand.

Delivery Options at Checkout

When purchasing online, you will be given the option for Ground Floor Delivery, Upstairs Delivery or Pick Up. Please select the option that suits your delivery address.

Upstairs Fridge Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver fridges upstairs that are over 450 litres, side by side fridges or French door fridges due to OH&S reasons.

This is because some fridges are too large to carry around bends in staircases. French door fridges can also weigh over 150kg and cannot be safely carried upstairs without the use of special equipment.

We are happy to assess this on a case by case scenario.

Pick Up Requirements

If you are picking up items, you will need to provide us with a photo identification and your order number. Photo ID is required for collection of online orders. Details may be recorded for fraud prevention.

If you have organised the items to be picked up by a courier on your behalf, we require an authorisation email. This should include a copy of your photo identification and the full name, address and phone number of the person picking up.

Transport Requirements

All items need to be transported upright. This applies to pick up orders aswell. We may refuse releasing an item for pickup if it is transported laying down as this may void the warranty.

Delivery Acceptance

All deliveries must be signed for.

Customer Responsibility Before Delivery

While we make every effort to ensure an item will fit in its space by providing product dimensions, it is your responsibility to ensure doors, entryways, hallways and stairs are wide or tall enough to allow for the items to pass through.

Excess charges may apply if our drivers have to do additional work such as removing doors, clearing debris or modifying cabinets.

Missed Deliveries and Redelivery Fees

If a delivery time has been agreed upon and our drivers arrive at the location and no one is home, we will have to charge a redelivery fee equal to the original delivery fee to come at a later date.

Dishwasher Installation for $99

Dishwasher installation is available for $99 for a standard connection and removal of an old dishwasher.

Standard installation applies to freestanding dishwashers only.

This service does not include installation of underbench, semi-integrated or fully integrated dishwashers.

Installation for these types of dishwashers can be quoted on a case by case basis.

What we can't do:

The health and safety of our employees is important to us. For this reason, our delivery staff are not permitted to do the following;

• Remove their safety boots.
• Perform any carpentry, electrical or plumbing work.
• Lift any heavy items over banisters, obstructions or through windows to deliver merchandise.
• Remove doors or other fixtures.
• Enter a residence unaccompanied.
• Re-deliver your old products to another address.
• Connect audio visual systems.
• Leave un-paid items in your home.
• Adjust or connect any existing products.
• Return to collect unwanted packaging or old products
